NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER - THURSDAY, MAY 6

Please join us during the National Day of Prayer on

Thursday, May 6th, from 8 am - 2 pm in the BCC WORSHIP CENTER.

P.R.A.Y.

Praise.  Thank God for what He has already accomplished through Jesus.

Repent.  Confess your sins and shortcomings.  Repent personally and on behalf of our nation.

The Lord is quick to forgive when we come to Him.

Ask.  Ask God to reveal truth, turn our hearts back toward Him and bring healing.

Yield.  Yield to the Lord and recognize that He has heard our prayers and will answer according to His will.

He is waiting to provide guidance and direction.

As we come together for the National Day of Prayer, please commit to pray for the following...

GOVERNMENT...Pray for our local, state and national leaders.  Ask God to grant them wisdom, discernment and hearts that are open to His leading.

CHURCH...Pray for the Churches and Church Leaders throughout our nation and in your community.  Ask God to preserve and protect them, as He inspires and  empowers them to equip His Saints for ministry.

MILITARY...Pray for our Military and its leaders.  Pray for God to grant courage, protection, and strength for them and their families.

FAMILY...Pray for the families in our nation, your state, and throughout your  community.  Pray for the Lord to protect and strengthen marriages, encourage    parents and bring healing to relationships.

EDUCATION...Pray for God’s presence in our schools, colleges and universities.  Ask Him to select teachers and administrators who honor His statutes, protect our children and inspire them to discover their God-given calling.

MEDIA...Pray for Christian influence in the media from movies, television and radio, to newspaper and magazine publishers.

BUSINESS...Pray for divine intervention in our national, state and local economies.  Ask God to raise up godly business leaders and create industry to provide honest employment and generous provision for individuals/families in each community.
