EVANGELISM - GO OUT

  •      + Increase urgency about evangelism; by preaching and teaching (communication).

         + Develop on-board Evangelism training.

         + Establish focused, prevailing prayer for Evangelism.

         + Review and expend outreach ministry initiatives.

         + Identify needs of young adults and create ministry to meet needs. 

  •      + Every believer at Boyd Christian Church establishes and builds friendship with someone far from God and shares             Jesus with him or her within 3 years.

     


DISCIPLESHIP - GO DEEP

  •      + Establish Discipleship Pathway; make known, recruit people to join.

         + Establish focused, prevailing prayer for discipleship.

         + Increase urgency to grow spiritually like Jesus.

         + Develop, deploy leadership pipeline.

         + Create on-board inner-circle mentoring.

  •      Every believer at Boyd Christian Church establishes and builds a discipling relationship; mentoring others while being mentored-

         going deeper in Jesus.


NEXT GENERATION - GO WITH

  •      + Develop on-board discipling plan with graded scope and sequence.

         + Review facilities (and on-line presence) with improvement plan.

         + Plan to integrate ASM (After School Ministry) families into Boyd Christian Church.

         + Established focused, prevailing prayer for the Next Generation.

         + Develop intergenerational ministry with sincere, mutual admiration and respect.
